Three baseline conditions — everything else is discussed individually

Minimum order value
Minimum contract value is $5,000. This covers production, support and logistics without loss to either side.

Deposit at launch
Standard condition for launching production. These funds go towards starting work with the factory. The balance — before dispatch.
Contract
Contract-based work
We draft and sign the contract with all accompanying documents — invoices, specifications, packing lists, certificates if needed.

Payment methods

Two options for working under contract

Choose based on who handles import and customs

Option 1

International contract (FOB / CIF)

Suits clients in any country other than Russia. Direct contract with our Hong Kong company. Customs clearance — on your side.

  • We prepare all export documents

You receive the goods at the destination port with all export documents

Option 2

Russian contract

Suits clients in Russia. The contract is signed with our partner — a Russian counterparty. Payment in roubles under a Russian agreement.

  • Customs clearance — on our side
  • Delivery to your warehouse
  • Closing documents for accounting

You receive the goods at the warehouse and the full set of Russian documents

Method depends on volume, urgency and destination. We
will propose the optimal option for your order.

Full container
Sea · FCL
30–40 days

Large orders for a whole container (20' or 40').
Optimal on price.
FOB or CIF terms.
Customs clearance under the client's or importer's contract.

Shared container
Sea · LCL
35–55 days

Small consignments.
Your cargo ships together with other clients' goods.
Cheaper than road/rail but slower — we wait for the container to be filled.

Road or rail
Land transport
20–30 days

Fastest method for small and medium consignments. Cargo dispatches as
soon as ready — no waiting to fill a container.
