Strict adherence to lead times
We identify every possible cause of timing slippage in advance and eliminate it. Any timing risk sits with us — we do not pass it to the factories or logistics partners.
We act as your supplier — the supply contract is signed with us, and we bear full legal and financial responsibility for product quality and lead times. Not a middleman, but a party to the contract.
Financial responsibility
Three areas of responsibility set out in the contract — timing, delivery, quality
We identify every possible cause of timing slippage in advance and eliminate it. Any timing risk sits with us — we do not pass it to the factories or logistics partners.
We are responsible for the safekeeping of the cargo from factory to your warehouse. We work only with audited carriers, and the cargo is insured throughout.
The goods must conform to the agreed sample and specification. We give a warranty period on the product — terms are set out in the contract.
We do not check quality once before dispatch — we check it sequentially at every critical stage, which eliminates defects before they reach you
Our representative visits the factory at the key stages of production. For complex projects oversight is daily — material, dimensional conformity, logo application quality and defect rates at the output of each batch are checked.
Before packaging, every unit is checked against the agreed sample and specification. If there is any doubt about quality, the batch undergoes additional checking. Where issues are found, the goods are replaced or produced anew.
Once the goods are packaged and ready for dispatch, the inspector oversees the loading process, container condition, cargo securing and conformity of the quantity to the packing list. This eliminates transport damage.
On enquiry we will send you a contract template with all clauses on responsibility and guarantees. You can agree it with your lawyer before signing.
