Company

About the company and operating model

What functions do you perform?

We provide a full turnkey supply cycle with documentation

(including all related processes — from supplier sourcing to packaging, certification and logistics)

  1. Sourcing and auditing of manufacturers in China.
  2. Agreement of every parameter: quality, logo application, packaging type.
  3. Organisation of sample production, their inspection, dispatch to the client and final approval.
  4. Oversight of production launch and preparation.
  5. Inspection of finished goods, resolution of any defects.
  6. Oversight of dispatch from the factory and adherence to timing.
  7. Safeguarding the goods during storage and transport.
  8. Product certification, where required.
  9. Preparation for dispatch to marketplaces — in the right packaging and with the right labelling.
  10. Consolidation of goods at the warehouse and arrangement of onward dispatch.

Are you a middleman?

We are not middlemen in the classic sense.

We act as the technical importer and full-fledged supplier, bearing full responsibility to the client for the supply of goods.

This means you sign the contract directly with us, not with the overseas manufacturer or any third party.

The subject of the contract is the supplied goods, the price of which includes:

  • the cost of the goods from the manufacturer;
  • import costs;
  • organisation of every stage of production and logistics;
  • inspections and work with the factory to resolve any issues;
  • financial responsibility for the outcome;
  • legal and organisational protection of the transaction throughout;
  • our operational interest as project coordinator.

We take on turnkey project management and are accountable for the result.

Do you buy goods from Alibaba and Taobao?

We do not buy goods directly from trading platforms.

We use Alibaba, Taobao, 1688 and other platforms as tools to source the right manufacturers.

What we do:

  • Find potential manufacturers on the platforms;
  • Conduct direct correspondence with them, verify documents, gather information about the factory;
  • Clarify whether they are real manufacturers, not intermediaries;
  • After verification and agreement, place the order directly with the supplier, bypassing the trading platform itself.
We use the platforms as a contact database — all procurement and interaction takes place outside their system.

Working directly with suppliers gives us a number of important advantages:

  • We get the best terms on price and timing;
  • We eliminate middlemen — we do not overpay trading companies or waste time communicating with extra links between us and the factory;
  • We control every stage of the process: from launching production to dispatching the finished goods;
  • We communicate directly with those accountable for production, not chat bots or sales staff without authority;
  • We audit the factory before launching production;
  • We organise quality inspection at the factory itself (including during production).

Where are you based? Where is the office?

The company is located in Hong Kong and Indonesia.

Our import partner is a Russian company.

Can we get the contact for the factory producing the goods?

We do not share factory contacts because we take full responsibility for organisation, oversight and the result.

We act as the technical importer and full-fledged supplier, which bears full responsibility to the client for the delivery of the goods. This means you sign the contract directly with us, not with the overseas manufacturer or any third party.

In the standard arrangement we form the final price of the goods, which already includes all of our services: quality control, logistics, communications with suppliers and other work.

We set the final cost of the goods so that it is favourable for you and justified for us.

I need different items in small quantities. Is that possible?

Yes, we can produce different items at several factories, gather them at one warehouse and ship them to you as a consolidated load.

For that to be possible, bear in mind:

Minimum order quantity (MOQ) for each item type must be respected. The factory must agree to produce the required quantity — not every factory will accept small runs.

Example (sommelier corkscrews):

figures are illustrative — actual MOQ depends on the specific factory

✅ 2,000 corkscrews of one design — the factory will most likely agree.

⚠️ 1,000 red + 1,000 green — possibly will agree.

❌ 5 colours of 400 each — high probability of refusal from the factory.

❌ 1–1,000 corkscrews — the factory will decline the order.

What is consolidation?

When goods are produced at different factories, we collect them at one warehouse in China and then ship them to the city of delivery you specify. This is called consolidation.

We have run projects where a single order combined goods from more than 10 different suppliers — everything was collected at the warehouse and shipped to the client as one consignment in several containers.

Can you make a product to my design?

Yes, of course.

We work with goods at any level of customisation — from logo application to creating an entirely new product to your design.

The following options are possible:

  • applying your logo to the product;
  • changing specifications — dimensions, materials, packaging and other parameters;
  • production to a bespoke design (appearance, construction, colour palette);
  • colouring in any Pantone shade;
  • replacing parts and materials — at your choice or on our recommendation;
  • developing and producing a product from scratch, if it did not exist before (including inventions).

Tell us about your idea — we will propose the optimal route to realisation: from simple branding through to full engineering and production launch.

I only have an idea. Can you help in that case?

If all you have is an idea of the product you would like — that is entirely normal.

We will help you move from idea to finished product, taking on all the key stages:

If you only have a general concept

We will help structure your idea:

  1. We will gather catalogues of similar products from 10–15 manufacturers
  2. We will gather information on the required materials, components and customisation options
  3. We will draft the technical brief
  4. We will create and refine a prototype

If you already have a description or sketch

We will refine the details, source a suitable factory, set up production and ensure conformity to the sample. Everything is agreed with you and with the manufacturer.

The levels of customisation we work with:

We work at varying depths of customisation — from simple logo application to creating a product from scratch:

OEM (logo
+ packaging)
A standard product with your brand: we apply the logo to the item and use the manufacturer's basic packaging.
ODM (design
+ appearance)
Changes in design, colours, configuration and shapes: we modify a standard product to your style and needs.
ODM from scratch
(full engineering)
Full development of the construction, exterior and interior — i.e. a completely new product that has not been produced before.

We work directly with manufacturers, which lets us influence the quality, finish and packaging of the goods produced.

If you need to expand your range, we will propose products in your theme — including those you may not have known about.

Technical brief for goods supply

Our experience shows that most clients underestimate the importance of the technical brief and often struggle to draft one.

* A technical brief is a properly formulated client idea with clearly defined requirements for the final result.

A technical brief for goods supply from China consists of three key blocks:

  • Product specification — all parameters and requirements for the item;
  • Information about the client and the company — needed to prepare the deal and agreements;
  • Logistics information — where, when and by what means to deliver the goods.

Specification content

The specification must set out the product parameters, run volume and packaging type.

  • Parameters — information on materials, dimensions, colours and technologies, together with parameters for the logo, design and packaging.
  • Run volume — an important factor in calculating the product cost.
  • Packaging — requires the same level of detail. If packaging needs a bespoke design, attach files with the layout, dimensions and requirements.

Why an accurate, detailed specification matters

  • Accurate pricing and time saved. Manufacturers form their price and timing only on the basis of clear data. If any parameters are vague or missing, calculations will be approximate. Additional requests, recalculations and sometimes resampling become necessary.
  • Quality control. Changing even one parameter can affect price and timing. The specification is a quality control instrument. It is the tool by which we manage materials, technology and the final quality of the item.
  • Legal protection. The final specification becomes part of the contract — the basis of legal obligations between the parties. By default factories use the cheapest materials so as not to inflate cost. This is not deception — they simply optimise their processes if there are no clear requirements and no oversight.
Engineers and technologists help us draft the specification properly — this lets us cover all the technical detail.

Our task is to find a balanced solution for your project: optimise price without losing quality and deliver the product in line with the brief.

How we structure the process:

  1. The client provides us with as much information about the product as possible.
  2. We organise this material and draft the master specification.
  3. We carry out the further work to prepare for production.

When we receive your brief, we can immediately assess the outlook and the complexity of the order.

If even one parameter turns out to be critical, we will tell you straight away whether the project is feasible.

For example:

  • Small volume — for some products we already know whether factories will take on a small run or not.
  • Tight deadlines — say you have a time limit and need the goods in 15 days — we will say up front 'this is technically impossible'.
  • Branded goods — here restrictions on production and delivery may arise.
We understand that drafting a brief is hard for many clients, so we have prepared convenient forms for our clients, and a dedicated account manager is always on hand to answer questions as you fill them in.

Price and timing

Price, timing, samples

How do we find out the price of the goods?

The product price is calculated individually for each order.

To prepare an accurate quote, we:

  1. Draft the specification — recording every product parameter.
  2. Request proposals from manufacturers.
  3. Calculate the cost of the goods including delivery and customs charges.

After that we will prepare a quote covering cost and lead times for the selected goods.

When can we receive the goods?

Lead time depends on many factors and is determined precisely only after the manufacturer is chosen.

Until then we can only give indicative timing.

Supply consists of 3 stages:

Supply stagesFactors affecting timingDuration
1. Preparation for production launch (factory sourcing, agreements, samples, audit) • Level of product customisation • Sample production over several iterations • Additional agreements at the factory-selection stage 7–20 days
2. Production • Duration is set by the factory (usually 7 to 50 days)
• Fixing defects and possible flaws based on inspection results
• Seasonal load / holidays (e.g. Chinese New Year)
• Temporary delays due to lack of required components
7–60 days
3. Import and delivery • Chosen mode of delivery (air, rail, road) • Distance to the recipient's warehouse • Customs clearance in China and the destination country • Need to consolidate different items at the main warehouse 5–40 days
If we receive an enquiry for a product we have produced before, there is no need to source the manufacturer or agree samples again. We can move straight to signing the contract, which significantly shortens the lead time.

📩 Fill in the brief and we will make an approximate timing estimate for your enquiry.

Can we see samples before production?

Producing and approving samples is a mandatory stage before launching production.

We have an interest in avoiding misunderstandings on either side, so we always provide samples to the client for approval before launching production.

Thanks to samples we know exactly what the client expects and what the factory-produced item will be.

Samples at the information-gathering stage

Purpose: to assess the base quality and compare execution from different manufacturers.

We arrange to receive samples of one product type from 3–15 suppliers, because the same product from different manufacturers can vary in quality, content, options, materials and parameters.

Master sample (before production starts)

Purpose: to bring the sample to the reference standard and approve it as the run's benchmark.

  • Before starting production we produce a sample (master) at the best manufacturer, to the approved specification.
  • Production of the batch starts only after sample approval. Typically 1 to 5 iterations are needed to create the perfect prototype.

Ultimately each unit of the produced run must match the approved master sample.

Samples from the run (after production is complete)

If the client has any doubts about the quality of the produced goods, items are sent from the run by express delivery, sampled at random.

We confirm completion of production in one of two ways:

  • HD-quality photo and video report of the produced goods, shot with good equipment at the factory.
  • Dispatch to the client of physical samples from the produced run (1–10 units) — for quality assessment.
If defective products, a shortfall or any other issues are identified during inspection, we require the factory to rectify them and bring 100% of the products up to a flawless standard. Only after this do we make the final settlement with the factory. Once the goods are paid for, the factory releases the cargo.

Sample purchase cost includes:

1. Factory2. Delivery3. Our company
Amount paid to the factory for the sample itself Cost of delivering the sample within China Cost of the 'Sample procurement from supplier' service
set by the manufacturer courier parcel delivery $20–40 per supplier

The 'Sample procurement from supplier' service includes:

  • Agreements with the factory on dispatching the required samples
  • Payment of the sample cost to the factory and courier delivery
  • Receipt of the parcel by our specialist
  • Photo and video documentation of the received samples
  • Drafting a written report describing the characteristics of each sample

Sample cost (set by the factory):

  • we request this immediately from the factories during the first sourcing stage;
  • or we set up a separate task to gather information on the cost of samples and the terms of their production.

If samples need to be delivered from China to the client's address, additional costs apply:

  • Cost of delivery from China to the client — depends on the total weight and volume of the parcel
  • Our company's service for organising parcel dispatch — $30

Delivery

Delivery and logistics

Where do you ship goods?

We can arrange dispatch anywhere in the world.

We have run projects where one produced run had to be split and shipped to different countries. We took on the full logistics, packaging and documentation for each separate consignment.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery cost is calculated based on:

  • mode of delivery (rail, road, air, sea);
  • cargo type (different cargo — different tariffs);
  • cargo parameters (dimensions, weight, volume);
  • destination country (different countries apply different import duties).

We can only calculate delivery cost once we have all of the above information.

How can we save on logistics and customs?

Our logistics team does not just quote delivery and customs costs — we analyse the route, packaging, volume and dispatch method to minimise expenses at every step.

We help save through:

  • choosing the optimal delivery type (air / road / rail / sea);
  • consolidating cargo from different suppliers;
  • correctly preparing the documents to avoid extra charges and customs penalties.

Quality

Quality and accountability

What if I receive poor-quality goods?

Receiving substandard goods is virtually impossible — we eliminate the risks during production preparation.

We do not simply order and check the goods — we integrate deeply into the process and manage it at every stage:

  • We prepare production carefully — agreeing every detail with the client and the factory: construction, materials, packaging, appearance and manufacturing technology.
  • We choose the most reliable, conscientious manufacturer — we only place the order where we are confident in quality, timing and communication.
  • We oversee quality at every key stage: during production, packaging and before dispatch.

We dispatch goods from the factory only after final approval from the client.

Furthermore, all guarantees are set out in the contract.

What responsibility do you bear?

Our company acts as your supplier — the supply contract is signed with us, and we bear full responsibility for product quality and lead times.

We:

  • organise and oversee the entire production process;
  • guarantee conformity of the goods to the agreed specification and lead times;
  • bear legal responsibility to the client.

We ensure the integrity, quality and conformity of the goods to the order.

If on acceptance you identify mechanical defects or deviations from the agreed sample caused by us — we:

  • reimburse the cost of the defective goods;
  • collect them from you ourselves.
